Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing the right wireless phones, plans, and accessories
- Explain promotions, features, and pricing clearly
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Maintain product knowledge on the latest wireless devices and services
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
